Situated along a major artery, the ‘Park’ is a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) development conceived on the theme of ‘A city within a city’. Its lush landscape with broad tree-lined avenues and adequate services infrastructure is conceived to cater to 120,000 end users. The Master Plan sensitively zones Commercial, Residential and Recreational activities and provides a central activity zone to buffer the Residential precinct. The Commercial Zone, spread over 100 acres, is planed to accommodate MNC campuses (Single and Multi-tenanted) together with structured parking and attendant facilities. Prominent corporate occupants of the park include Phillips Software, Fidelity Investments, IBM, ANZ IT and Target Corporation. The residential district is linked by a dedicated access and provides independent plots and apartments. The activity zone of the residential district includes a clubhouse, food court and a 2-acre natural reserve for migratory birds.
