  • Site Architectural Inspector
    • Must have at least 5 to 8 years of experience
    • Undertake site supervision duties on site to ensure general compliance of the works with specification and contract requirements and when necessary cause to address deficiencies associated with the same. progress of construction work.requirements and when applicable report and advice on deviations from the same.

  • QA / QC Manager

    The main duties of the QA / QC Manager include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Preparation and control of project quality system management documentation
    • Control and distribution of all the company’s quality documentation
    • Coordinate with quality inspectors and monitor all quality related activities on the project
    • Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals
    • Attend client quality management meetings
    • Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system and recommend and implement improvements when required.

    The minimum qualifications for this role are:

    • At least 10 -15 years relevant experience. UAE / GCC experience - desirable.
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Certification / Professional qualification preferred

  • Document Controller

    The main duties of the Document Controller include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Scan, image, organize and maintain documents, adhering to the company’s document lifecycle procedures
    • Archive inactive records in accordance with the records retention schedule
    • Control the retrieval of documents
    • Receive and process Requests for Information (RFI) and maintain the requests via tracking logs
    • Draft letters and provide reference numbers as needed
    • Circulate incoming and outgoing correspondence to the right audience
    • Coordinate with other Document Controllers on the project for timely completion of daily / weekly / monthly reports
    • Coordinate with other Document Controllers for cross-referencing letters, transmittals, and submittals
    • Help project managers develop and maintain documents such as meeting minutes, drawings, specifications, approvals and related items
    • Training employees on records management procedures and policies, which include documentation, retention, retrieval, destruction, and disaster recovery
    • Assist with file migrations and audits, and perform administrative tasks as needed

    The minimum qualifications for this role are:

    • Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience
    • UAE / GCC experience is desirable
    • Must be proficient in using MS Office

  • Resident Architect - Mall and Hotel Experience
    • Review and understand all project contract documents (drawings, shop drawings, specifications, etc.) with other site architects and engineers before construction activities commence
    • Lead the site architectural team in resolving design and technical coordination issues. Ensure that the contractors submittals to localministries are carried out in a timely manner as specified in contract documents.
    • Prepare and manage all Architectural related written communications between the contractor, client and relevant sub consultants.
    • Liaise with and manage the client and / or the client’s project manager to ensure that the contract is administered effectively and is meeting their expectations
    • Liaise with and assist the Project Director with all architectural related matters.
    • Manage the Architectural team on site, including architectural inspectors and site architects to ensure that contract administration activities are being undertaken in a timely manner and in accordance with the contract.
    • Liaise with contractors technical and managerial team to ensure that all architectural construction activities are being addressed in accordance with the contract.
    • Review and assess contractors and sub-contractors pre-qualifications, inspect their showrooms, workshop/factory as and when required.
    • Lead all technical site meetings, and be responsible for presenting up to date architectural progress reports and attending all site meetings with contractor, client, sub-contractors and sub consultants to ensure that all technical construction activities are being managed in accordance with the contract
    • Lead the snagging procedure after substantial completion of construction activities have ended; ensure that a snag list is prepared based on defective/outstanding works for the contractor to rectify, repair and complete for re-inspection.
    • Lead the project closeout procedures as per the contract
    • Act on identified and anticipated risk items in a timely manner and escalate to unresolved risk items to Project Director


    • Minimum of 10 years relevant site experience preferably in UAE / GCC
    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, with professional affiliation and certification
    • Must have strong hospitality experience
  • HSE Manager

    The main duties of the HSE Manager include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Reviewing all contract documents, site and material inspection, investigate potential hazards, provide a recovery plan, design and implement safety programs, organize safety trainings, safety audit and reports, and external audits policy.
    • Promoting a positive health and safety culture throughout the duration of the project
    • Developing health and safety management systems including quality assurance systems and compliance with
    • Managing and coordinating audits, including liaising with external contractors
    • Supporting and developing the health, safety environmental strategy
    • Developing internal and external networks to allow performance to be benchmarked
    • Ensuring compliance with legislation and incorporate any updates in law into the health and safety
    • Business risk analysis andrisk assessments
    • Reducing the number of healthand safety incidents to a minimum
    • Should able to work independently, prepare and issueletters, NCR, instructions
    • Should able to present and conduct HSE related seminarsto the consultant , contractor and client teams
    • Knowledge of international best practices.
    • Should be organized and systematic towards work and be able to work independently with minimum supervision.

    The minimum qualifications for this position are the following:

    • Minimum of 15 years relevant experience as a Health and Safety Engineer. Experience in UAE and International markets will be a plus.
    • Certification is a must; other relevant safety certifications and trainings will be an added advantage.
    • Full time (min 3 years) Degree/Engineering in Safety / Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical or according to the nature of project specialization.
    • Diploma in occupational safety and health/Safety management certificate course (1 Year full time) from an internationally recognized institution.
  • Planning Manager

    The main duties of the Planning Manager include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Develop production plan, budget and timelines according to project specifications
    • Prepares proposals and site plans in conformance with codes and local and national
    • Ensure that all cost, planning and document control reports are prepared and issued in accordance with Project Coordination Procedure.
    • Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery of projects
    • Sets schedule for project or development and flow of requisite materials
    • Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly
    • Supervises other planning personnel, such as consultants and developers
    • Prepares budget and oversees expenditures
    • Analyze monthly progress reports
    • Sets goals, policies, and procedures for project
    • Interprets and evaluates legal documents and relevant legislation to assess impact on
    • Communicates with other managers, supervisors, and colleagues throughout project

    The minimum qualifications for this role are:

    • Minimum of 5-10 years relevant experience. Experience in GCC / UAE is an advantage
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
    • Certifications and professional affiliations are highly desirable
