  • Senior Project Manager - QA/QC and Site Supervision

    •Minimum of 15-20 years relevant experience. Experience in Middle East and International markets will be a plus.

    • Experienced in leading a team of architects and technicians in delivery of large scale projects.

    • Knowledge of international best practices and building codes in design and detailing of large scale projects.

    • Confident in Client interfacing, managing and coordinating with a team of specialists.

    • Good knowledge of QA/QC procedures in doing documentation and site supervision

    • Experience in handling and site supervision of large scale projects.

    • Knowledge of latest CAD and BIM soft wares like AutoCAD and Revit.

    • Should be organized and systematic towards work and be able to work independently with minimum supervision and lead the project team.

  • Site Architectural Inspector
    • Must have at least 5 to 8 years of experience
    • Undertake site supervision duties on site to ensure general compliance of the works with specification and contract requirements and when necessary cause to address deficiencies associated with the same. progress of construction work.requirements and when applicable report and advice on deviations from the same.
    • Preparation of daily report on contractor activities, documentation of quality &
    • Coordinate with the team on site to ensure that contractual obligations are met.
    • Coordinate all aspects of submittals, review and approvals against contract

  • Planning Officer
    • Minimum 5 years of experience
    • Prepare risk / recovery schedule and inform management of possible risks and impacts to the project
    • Monitor design and procurement related internal client tasks
    • Develop and foresee schedules for project execution and procurement management
    • Evaluate time claims from contractors and consultants
    • Researches and incorporates the latest advancements in construction materials and methods into the projects
    • Develops operating goals and objectives for the projects, implements and administers methods and procedures to enhance operations as appropriate to the project
    • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • Project Director / Resident Architect

    ·

    • Minimum of 15-20 years of relevant industry experience, including site supervision experience in administering and delivering large-scaled projects, in the Middle-East (preferably the UAE).
    • Good academic credentials with minimum of a degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering.
    • Astute and level-headed professional with exemplary leadership qualities; good interpersonal skills; ability to handle extreme work pressure; and track-record of heading multi-disciplinary consultant teams.
    • Membership in appropriate professional institution(s) would be an added advantage.
  • Site Surveyor
    • Must have at least 5 to 8 years of experience
    • Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed
    • Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features
    • Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain
    • Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys
    • Determine longitudes and latitudes of important features and boundaries in survey areas, using theodolites, transits, levels, and satellite-based global positioning systems (GPS)
    • Develop criteria for survey methods and procedures
    • Develop criteria for the design and modification of survey instruments
