  • Site Architectural Inspector
    • Must have at least 5 to 8 years of experience
    • Undertake site supervision duties on site to ensure general compliance of the works with specification and contract requirements and when necessary cause to address deficiencies associated with the same. progress of construction work.requirements and when applicable report and advice on deviations from the same.

  • Deputy Project Director

    The main duties of the Deputy Project Director include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Planning directing and responsible for managerial supervision of the project construction in all areas.

    • Responsible in coordinating and managing people, materials and equipment, schedules and contracts.

    • Coordinate the organization, staffing, and operational activities of construction.

    • Direct, coordinate and review the work plan for construction; meet with staff to identify and resolve problems; assign work activities; monitor work flow; review and evaluate work products, methods and procedures.

    • Work closely with Engineer and sub-contractors representatives.

    • Determine construction means and methods and the most cost-effective plans and schedules.

    • Supervise sub-contractors and monitor them contractually, progress and quality.

    • Assume any other responsibility delegated by the Project Director.

    The minimum qualifications for this role are:

    • Has delivered at least one to two 5-star hospitality projects in Dubai.

    • Minimum of 15-20 years of relevant industry experience, including site supervision experience in administering and delivering large-scaled projects, in the Middle-East (preferably the UAE).

    • Good academic credentials with minimum of a degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering

    • Astute and level-headed professional with exemplary leadership qualities; good interpersonal skills; ability to handle extreme work pressure; and track-record of heading multi-disciplinary consultant teams.

    • Membership in appropriate professional institution(s) would be an added advantage.

  • Resident Architect - Hospitality Experience
    • Review and understand all project contract documents (drawings, shop drawings, specifications, etc.) with other site architects and engineers before construction activities commence
    • Lead the site architectural team in resolving design and technical coordination issues. Ensure that the contractors submittals to localministries are carried out in a timely manner as specified in contract documents.
    • Prepare and manage all Architectural related written communications between the contractor, client and relevant sub consultants.
    • Liaise with and manage the client and / or the client’s project manager to ensure that the contract is administered effectively and is meeting their expectations
    • Liaise with and assist the Project Director with all architectural related matters.
    • Manage the Architectural team on site, including architectural inspectors and site architects to ensure that contract administration activities are being undertaken in a timely manner and in accordance with the contract.
    • Liaise with contractors technical and managerial team to ensure that all architectural construction activities are being addressed in accordance with the contract.
    • Review and assess contractors and sub-contractors pre-qualifications, inspect their showrooms, workshop/factory as and when required.
    • Lead all technical site meetings, and be responsible for presenting up to date architectural progress reports and attending all site meetings with contractor, client, sub-contractors and sub consultants to ensure that all technical construction activities are being managed in accordance with the contract
    • Lead the snagging procedure after substantial completion of construction activities have ended; ensure that a snag list is prepared based on defective/outstanding works for the contractor to rectify, repair and complete for re-inspection.
    • Lead the project closeout procedures as per the contract
    • Act on identified and anticipated risk items in a timely manner and escalate to unresolved risk items to Project Director


    • Minimum of 10 years relevant site experience preferably in UAE / GCC
    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, with professional affiliation and certification
    • Must have strong hospitality experience
  • QA / QC Manager

    The main duties of the QA / QC Manager include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Preparation and control of project quality system management documentation
    • Control and distribution of all the company’s quality documentation
    • Coordinate with quality inspectors and monitor all quality related activities on the project
    • Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals
    • Attend client quality management meetings
    • Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system and recommend and implement improvements when required.

    The minimum qualifications for this role are:

    • At least 10 -15 years relevant experience. UAE / GCC experience - desirable.
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Certification / Professional qualification preferred

  • Business Development Executive

    ​The main duties of the Business Development Executive include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Preparing and delivering marketing plans within key objectives and key targets.
    • Work with in-house designers to produce marketing material including leaflets, posters,
    • flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters etc.
    • Writing articles and promotional material for the company.
    • Uploading marketing material to online libraries, internet group and social medial.
    • Arranging the effectively distribution of marketing materials.
    • Prepare technical proposal and support financial proposals for key projects.
    • Plan, develop and deliver campaigns within agreed timescales.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and activities.
    • Create and develop innovative ways to communicate to existing and new customers.
    • Updating and maintaining the marketing department’s documentation and database.
    • Market research about new markets and clients in the region and abroad.
    • Experience in Architecture firm would be an advantage

    The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • HSE Officer

    The main duties of the HSE Officer include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Reviewing all contract documents, site and material inspection, investigate potential hazards, provide a recovery plan, design and implement safety programs, organize safety trainings, safety audit and reports, and external audits policy.
    • Promoting a positive health and safety culture throughout the duration of the project
    • Developing health and safety management systems including quality assurance systems and compliance with
    • Managing and coordinating audits, including liaising with external contractors
    • Supporting and developing the health, safety environmental strategy
    • Developing internal and external networks to allow performance to be benchmarked
    • Ensuring compliance with legislation and incorporate any updates in law into the health and safety
    • Business risk analysis andrisk assessments
    • Reducing the number of healthand safety incidents to a minimum
    • Should able to work independently, prepare and issueletters, NCR, instructions
    • Should able to present and conduct HSE related seminarsto the consultant , contractor and client teams

    The minimum qualifications for this position are the following:

    • Must have valid SARS Card and must have an experience in handling Trakhees projects
    • Minimum of 15 years relevant experience as a Health and Safety Engineer. Experience in UAE and International markets will be a plus.
    • Certification is a must; other relevant safety certifications and trainings will be an added advantage.
    • Full time (min 3 years) Degree/Engineering in Safety / Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical or according to the nature of project specialization.
    • Diploma in occupational safety and health/Safety management certificate course (1 Year full time) from an internationally recognized institution.
  • Senior Conceptual Architect


    The main duties of a Senior Design Architect include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Highly creative and motivated individual.

    • Participate in developing the unique story that will drive each project’s design.·
    • Pursue expression of the project’s concept in physical and digital study.

  • Junior Design Architect


    The main duties of a Junior Design Architect include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Highly creative and motivated individual.
    • Work with the project teams on conceptual designs, presentations
    • Performs research and complies data and as required by the project
    • Responsible for correcting and updating drawings
    • Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions
    • Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings
    • May prepare client project presentations studies, and reports
    • Utilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans


    The minimum qualifications for this role are:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with at least 1-5 years of relevant experience

  • Senior Interior Designer - Site Based


    • Report to the Lead Consultant / Project Director / Resident Architect and Head of Interior Design for weekly progress
    • The role is to provide professional support for the Interior Design services during the post contract stage (site supervision)
    • Preparation and presentation of interior design and finishes to client and project team
    • Attends client meetings and records discussion through minutes of the meeting
    • Responsible for the interior design requirements and fulfillment of client’s needs
    • Review and respond to contractors submittals (shop drawings, material fixtures, etc.and ensure that all submittals are as per design / specification and local authority.
    • Respond to RFIs pertaining to interior design. Assist design office in answering design related RFIs and sit correspondence in coordination with Lead Consultant.
    • Conducts regular site inspections to ensure work progresses as per approved interior design.
    • Evaluate and give recommendation on alternative proposal; for value engineering.
    • Extensive knowledge base in finishes and FF&E and local market.
    • Managing the approval of site mock ups with the client and lead consultant
    • Attends technical and design coordination meetings, provides practical solutions to design issues and concerns.
    • Organize and implement a very efficient document control system
    • Ability to provide monthly reports.
    • Detail oriented person and must have an eye for design
    • Familiar with the local and international building codes, regulations, and safety codes.


    • Interior Design degree holder or equivalent
    • Minimum 10 years of experience and minimum 5 years site experience with a leading design consultancy firm and worked in a similar capacity
    • Minimum 3 years of UAE site experience with similar role
    • Experienced in hospitality and residential projects
    • Proficiency in various design software such as CAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup is required
    • Excellent written and spoken English and able to communicate clearly and efficiently
    • Strong command in executing the works as per the design have demonstrated skills in decision making
    • Comfortable in fast paced environments and can work under pressure
    • Good hand sketching ability to demonstrate ideas

  • Junior Interior Designer

    The main duties of the Junior Interior Designer include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Provide technical input and coordinate input by others within the ID discipline.
    • Assessing the need of clients and users and agreeing the project brief.
    • Evaluating and advising regulatory requirements affecting the project and obtaining initial approvals.
    • Adhering to project briefs and design programs
    • Assisting in preparing and presenting design proposals using CAD and traditional methods.
    • Assisting in developing the project design, researching problems and producing, developing and advising upon innovative solutions.
    • Producing, analyzing and advising upon specification, materials selection and detailed design solutions in relation to performance and production criteria.
    • The Junior Designer is also responsible for arranging the material library and ensuring the organization thereof.
    • To coordinate and assist in the production of design and construction issue documentation, possibly for a number of projects and to advise the Senior
    • Interior Designer of required drafting and other technical resources required.
    • To assist with key consultant services co-ordination including MEP and Structural.
    • To work with fellow architects/designers and technicians, team leaders and teams to trouble-shoot and resolve problem areas.
    • To work with concept design and development teams.
    • To ensure that they are kept regularly and appropriately informed as to the progress on projects.
    • The position is one of responsibility, and you may be required to work outside of normal working hours, or perform other duties such as drafting, contract administration, planning, programming as required to deliver the project.
    The minimum qualifications for the role are:
    • Architectural Degree or Interior Design Degree or Diploma or equivalent from a recognized and accredited Tertiary Institution.
    • Must be experienced in the use of AutoCAD, MS Office, particularly Excel and Word,
    • Photoshop, Revit
    • Has a general level of proficiency with 3D rendering software (Google Sketch-Up or equivalent).
    • MS PowerPoint would be an advantage.
  • Planning Manager

    The main duties of the Planning Manager include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Develop production plan, budget and timelines according to project specifications
    • Prepares proposals and site plans in conformance with codes and local and national
    • Ensure that all cost, planning and document control reports are prepared and issued in accordance with Project Coordination Procedure.
    • Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery of projects
    • Sets schedule for project or development and flow of requisite materials
    • Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly
    • Supervises other planning personnel, such as consultants and developers
    • Prepares budget and oversees expenditures
    • Analyze monthly progress reports
    • Sets goals, policies, and procedures for project
    • Interprets and evaluates legal documents and relevant legislation to assess impact on
    • Communicates with other managers, supervisors, and colleagues throughout project

    The minimum qualifications for this role are:

    • Minimum of 5-10 years relevant experience. Experience in GCC / UAE is an advantage
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
    • Certifications and professional affiliations are highly desirable
